Shipping

There are 3 delivery methods available:

  1. Pick-up: Customers are welcome to pick up their order from our location in Leichhardt, NSW. Orders must be already completed online and paid for. Please ring Natalie on 0434 103 255 to arrange a pick-up time.

  2. Express Post: Orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Service. Flat rate of $12

    • Products are shipped using Australia Post Express Service. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as payment is confirmed provided stock is on hand. Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible however please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. If you require your goods to be delivered any sooner or have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

    • PLEASE NOTE that this service does not require a signature upon delivery. If there is an issue with the parcel not arriving at it's destination, the customer will be issued a tracking number for their parcel by Serendipi and the issue must be resolved between the customer and Australia Post. Serendipi will not accept responsibility for lost parcels.

  3. Express Post Platinum: Orders are shipped using Australia Post Platinum Express Service. Flat rate of $16.50

    • Products are shipped using Australia Post Platinum Express Service. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as payment is confirmed provided stock is on hand. Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible however please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. If you require your goods to be delivered any sooner or have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

    • This service requires a signature upon delivery. If there is an issue with the parcel not arriving at it's destination, the customer will be issued a tracking number for their parcel by Serendipi and the issue must be resolved between the customer and Australia Post. Serendipi will not accept responsibility for lost parcels.

For all mailed parcels, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their address is entered correctly in their account details. Parcels will be addressed exactly as they are entered in the customer details.

Returns

For hygeine reasons returns are only accepted for unopened sealed products. If your product has arrived in a broken (or otherwise flawed) state, please contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange for an exchange. Please order carefully as there are no returns for ordering the wrong product. Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered
